Shipment Processing Time

All Metro Manila orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Outside Metro Manila, orders will be processed in 6-10 business days. We may not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during the following:

1. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days.
2. Acts of God such as but not limited to typhoon, earthquake and volcanic eruption
3. Government Lockdown or Quarantine

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or mobile.
